Create a family style meal from scratch with your team.
Treat your colleagues to a fabulous steakhouse meal with the added bonus of team bonding. Participants will learn from a real chef as they practice knife work, prepare sauces and side dishes and learn how to sear steak or make homemade pasta and fillings. The seasonal menu will conclude with a homemade sweet treat.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Eric began his culinary climb as a kitchen assistant, garnering real-world experience through the grocery and food service industries. His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.
