What You’ll Do

You'll feel transported to Italy enjoying these rustic Italian delights.

Tuscan flavors will be the feature of this hands-on team building activity. Chef Jayne will guide you through a tantalizing menu of rustic Italian flavors. First, you'll make polpette di ricotta, a delicious fried appetizer made with cornmeal and fresh herbs. Next, make a delicious risotto with wild mushrooms and Carnaroli rice with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top. Next, make a refreshing panzanella salad with ciabatta bread topped with tomatoes, basil and peppers with a drizzle of olive oil. Finish by making decadent tiramisu from scratch for dessert.

We participated in this experience as part of a senior level team building event - and it was by far the best one we have had. An inviting atmosphere, well organized, and extremely patient, Chef Jayne delivered beyond expectations. She made us all feel capable of recreating our dinner menu outside of her watchful eye ... I am not AS confident, but as far as recommending this experience to others (as well as looking to book in again), I would give 100%

Jayne is very friendly. She shared her experience in cooking and knife skills with us! Finally we learnt the efficient way of cutting onion! The place is cozy and we enjoyed the candle night dinner during our class :)
